Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill is a quick service restaurant looking for motivated team members who want to grow into restaurant leadership positions.

We are hiring applicants with at least 1 year of restaurant or food service experience who enjoy helping guests, working with a team, and learning new skills.

Our paid 8 Week Leadership Training Program provides training, coaching, and opportunities to grow into a Shift Manager position.

YOUR 8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

Weeks 1 to 3 | Cashier

$20.00 per hour + tips

Learn guest service, menu knowledge, register and kiosk operations, order accuracy, and restaurant standards.

Weeks 4 to 6 | Lead Cashier

$20.50 per hour + tips upon promotion

Learn expo, catering, inventory, guest concerns, opening and closing procedures, and team leadership.

Weeks 7 and 8 | Shift Manager Training

Learn how to lead a shift, support employees, manage breaks, handle cash, and solve guest problems.

Shift Manager | $21.00 per hour + tips upon promotion

Promotions depend on your performance, skills, leadership readiness, available positions, and restaurant needs. Completing the training program does not guarantee promotion.

HOURS AND CAREER GROWTH

Start part time with approximately 20 to 28 hours per week.

More hours and full time opportunities may become available based on your performance and restaurant needs.

Future career opportunities may include Assistant General Manager and General Manager positions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of restaurant or food service experience required
• Quick service or fast casual restaurant experience preferred
• Friendly and helpful with guests
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Interested in learning leadership skills
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Weekend availability required
• Day and evening availability preferred

WORKING AT NEARBY LOCATIONS

You must be willing to occasionally work at our Sharky's Calabasas and Tarzana locations when needed for training or restaurant operations.

COMMUTE REQUIREMENTS

A commute of approximately 45 minutes or less to Sharky's Woodland Hills is preferred.

You must be able to reliably arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
