Job Summary

Ray's In the City is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Restaurant Staff members to help deliver an excellent dining experience. Located in downtown Atlanta, our restaurant is known for its steaks, fresh seafood, and attentive hospitality. This is an opportunity to join a professional team in an energetic fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and help create a comfortable, professional dining atmosphere.
• Assist with food and beverage service, table preparation, and dining room organization.
• Support servers and other team members during busy service periods.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and managers.
• Follow restaurant procedures for food safety, sanitation, and guest service.
• Respond politely to guest questions and promptly communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Restock supplies, complete assigned opening and closing duties, and maintain service standards.
• Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn menu items, service procedures, and restaurant policies.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required for every assignment.
• Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
