Job Title: Steward (Kitchen & Service Support)

Location: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)

Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and service areas, and supporting smooth back-of-house operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, wash area, and service stations
• Assist FOH/kitchen staff with setup and clearing during peak service
• Manage stock of clean utensils/glassware to avoid shortages during service
• Dispose of waste as per hygiene standards
• Report equipment damage or shortages to supervisor

Requirements

• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours
• Basic understanding of hygiene/cleanliness standards
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends
• Prior steward/kitchen helper experience preferred but not mandatory
