• Taking the lead with operational tasks or issues
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers
• Set a clear mission with strategies focused towards that mission
• Follow service procedures, policies and standards
• Train, mentor and develop team members, create an environment where they can excel
• Ability to build and maintain a positive and friendly work environment
• Positive attitude, especially during rush hours
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Time management is VERY important
