Restaurant Storekeeper

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, monitoring, and issuing food, beverage, and operational supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming food, beverage, and other supplies.
• Verify quantities, quality, and expiry dates of delivered items.
• Properly store and organize items according to storage and food safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Issue supplies to restaurants, kitchen, and other departments as requested.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
• Minimize food waste, spoilage, and stock losses.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of storage areas.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Operations teams regarding stock requirements.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Storekeeper experience in the F&B industry is required.
• F&B experience is a must.
• Knowledge of food and beverage inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with FIFO and proper food storage procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock and storage operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be locally available in Qatar is preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.

Pay: QAR123.00 - QAR456.00 per month
