Restaurant Success Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Restaurant Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and act as the primary point of contact.
• Business Growth: Drive order growth, revenue, conversion, and overall business performance for assigned restaurants.
• Partner Performance: Track key metrics such as orders, GMV, cancellations, ratings, customer complaints, and restaurant availability.
• Restaurant Success: Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve visibility, orders, menu conversion, and customer experience.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with restaurant owners/management and understand their business challenges.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Drive participation in relevant Swiggy campaigns, offers, discounts, and promotional programs.
• Menu & Catalogue Management: Ensure menus, pricing, images, availability, and other restaurant information are accurate and optimized.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, payment, technology, or customer-related issues faced by restaurant partners.
• Data Analysis: Use business data and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming restaurants.
• Competition & Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, offers, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Retention: Reduce partner churn and improve engagement by proactively addressing partner concerns.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product/Tech teams to resolve issues and improve restaurant performance.
• Target Achievement: Deliver assigned revenue, order, retention, and partner-engagement targets.
