Restaurant Supervisor Arabic Speaker

Supervise the daily restaurant operation and ensure smooth service Lead, motivate, and support the team during each shift Ensure exceptional and personalised guest experiences Welcome and engage with guests, particularly Arabic-speaking guests Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally Ensure all service, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team Support training and coaching of team members Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational requirements Monitor restaurant supplies and assist with stock control Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
