Restaurant Supervisor – Pre-Opening Team
Soi Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok
We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for a new all-day brunch restaurant opening in November on Soi Sukhumvit 31 in Bangkok.
You will join before we open to help set up the restaurant then you will work as a normal Restaurant Supervisor after opening
Before Opening
- Help set up how service will work
- Help setup the POS system with menu info
- Help train the new team
- Help build the team schedule
After Opening
- Supervise the floor during service, opening and closing
- Lead and support the service team
- Handle guest questions and problems
- Help with team schedule and performance
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
About You
- At least 2 years experience in restaurant service
- 1 year as supervisor is a plus
- Fluent in Thai, Comfortable in English
- CV in English
- Ready to help build a new restaurant from the start, some things may change fast in the beginning
- Good with people, organized, hands-on
6d / week
25,000 THB / month + Service Charge
