Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain for a reputed restaurant group in Oman.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Hotel, restaurant, or Hospitality industry and should have good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant service operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Take and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle guest queries, requests and service-related complaints professionally.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness and overall restaurant presentation.
• Ensure staff follow hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Allocate duties to service staff and monitor their performance.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Hotels, restaurants, or the Hospitality industry.
• Candidates with experience as Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain, Restaurant Supervisor or similar roles are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and standards.
• Candidates willing to work in Oman.
• Immediate joiners/candidates available for immediate departure are preferred.
