About the role
A Supervisor position in a Restaurant responsible for ensuring all restaurant operations run according to standards and managing the team to deliver consistent service and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all restaurant operations run according to standards
- Ensure all teams in the restaurant implement SOP
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to the restaurant team
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Control petty cash, inventory, food cost, revenue and related matters
- Coordinate with management and external parties
- Record daily, weekly, and monthly sales
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a Restaurant
- Communicative with strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
