The Grove Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant, fast-paced venue located in Roslevan, Ennis, known for high-quality dining, great drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a dynamic, Restaurant Supervisor to work directly alongside management in driving daily operational excellence. The ideal candidate being a proven multi-tasker and efficient manager. A strong passion for people, food, and creating memorable experiences is essential for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
• Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service each shift.
• Leading food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• To assist in management and training of staff.
• Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.

Pay: €31,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
