Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training
• Ensure that all staff adhere to Grecotel's service standards and procedures
• Monitor guest experiences and address any concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels as needed
• Facilitate effective communication among staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in creating staff schedules and maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
• Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail
• Good understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
