About Us

Fika Time Restaurant & Café is a Swedish restaurant and café in Dubai, offering a Scandinavian-inspired premium casual dining experience with a mix of European and international dishes. With two branches and expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to manage the daily operation of one of our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead the team.
• Monitor sales and work towards achieving branch targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and team performance.
• Monitor POS, cash handling, stock, inventory, and wastage.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Report daily performance, operational issues, and important updates directly to management and the owners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE restaurant experience, including a Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in casual dining, premium casual dining, cafés, or European/international concepts is preferred.
• Previous barista experience and strong beverage preparation skills will be a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, POS, and inventory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to manage a busy branch operation.
