Are you ready to supervise a dynamic store, lead a strong team, and serve top-notch food with exceptional customer service? Good Eats is looking for passionate leaders to drive store operations and achieve results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure food quality and highest standard of cleanliness throughout the store
- Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data
- Coordinate with the General Services Department regarding equipment, furniture, and fixtures
- Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores
- Monitor staff attendance, man-hours, and overall performance
- Analyze performance metrics to support store goals
- Support operational targets and profitability alongside the team and Area Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Customer-service driven
- Financial and analytical skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good command of MS Office Applications
