Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate floor plan, table arrangements, and staff assignments during service.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety practices throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Work closely with the owner to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Good wine and beverage knowledge.
• Training or coaching experience for service staff.
