Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of an upscale dining and nightlife venue.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and confident in leading a team within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead and support the team during busy service and peak nightlife periods.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and overall restaurant experience.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and service standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, training, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a polished, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere throughout service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or similar hospitality role.
• Experience in nightlife, lounges, bars, or entertainment-driven venues is highly preferred.
• Experience in upscale, high-volume, or premium hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm and effective during busy service.
• Professional appearance with a strong focus on guest experience.
