Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary
Blue Bench Brunchette is seeking a dependable Restaurant Supervisor to help lead daily brunch operations, support team members, maintain service standards, and ensure guests receive efficient and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff during daily service.
• Coordinate table service and restaurant workflow.
• Support employee training and onboarding.
• Monitor food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle guest questions and service concerns professionally.
• Help organize staff assignments and shift coverage.
• Monitor supplies and communicate operational needs to management.
• Ensure food-safety and sanitation procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay organized during busy brunch periods.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

About The Company
Blue Bench Brunchette is a locally operated Boise breakfast and brunch restaurant serving dishes such as eggs Benedict, chilaquiles, brisket, omelets, and mimosa flights. The restaurant is located on West Overland Road.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
