Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary
Taj Taste is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to help manage front-of-house operations and keep each shift organized and efficient. This position will support employees, assist guests, and help maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities during assigned shifts
• Coordinate team members and delegate work as needed
• Check dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup
• Assist with customer service and resolve routine concerns
• Monitor service flow and help reduce delays
• Support employee training and shift communication
• Assist management with opening and closing tasks

Qualifications

• Restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is helpful
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to stay organized during busy periods
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $48,526.00 - $58,440.00 per year
