Restaurant Supervisor

(Full-time position - 20-30 hours per week)

We are looking for someone who is able to manage a team and work well in a busy hospitality environment.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for smooth operation during service.

In this role you will also be responsible for communicating with all functions of the business, as well as management.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers.
• Serve and take food/beverage orders.
• Manage orders and bills.
• Organise and implement a smooth day to day running's of the restaurant.
• Inspect the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering the best standard of service.
• Preparing daily reports and presenting them to management.
• Managing the outstanding bills and cash inflows of the restaurant.

Required criteria

• Minimum of two years in a hospitality/customer service setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Customer first approach.
• Team orientated with the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a hands on approach.
• Understanding restaurant hours of service, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.70-£15.00 per hour
