Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our new premium restaurant. The successful candidate will assist both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).
• Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally..
• Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3**+ years of experience** as a Restaurant Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (production, display, service).
• Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.
