Position Available

Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor

• $90K–$95K estimated earnings (i.e. salary, tips & bonuses) + superannuation!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Proactively leading the FOH team through fast-paced services and maintaining consistently high standards
• Training, coaching and developing team members through hands-on support and real-time feedback
• Working as part of the leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and smooth, successful services

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hospitality experience with stability in previous roles, ideally as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff
• Full availability across the week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and ideally living within a 30–45 minute commute of the CBD
