Your responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant staff.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory monitoring, and cash handling.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous restaurant supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy shifts.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage.

Location: Sushi Shokunin Main Branch, Quezon City

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
