Restaurant Supervisor

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of 2 restaurant outlets located at Taman Anggrek and Emporium Pluit.
• Coordinate and supervise employees to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor employee attendance, work schedules, and discipline.
• Handle general restaurant administration, including attendance records, operational documentation, and basic reporting.
• Monitor daily operational needs, including stock, supplies, cleanliness, and other outlet requirements.
• Coordinate with employees and relevant parties to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure that restaurant service and operational standards are properly maintained.
• Assist with various operational tasks and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Travel between the Taman Anggrek and Emporium Pluit outlets according to operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, F&B, or a related operational role.
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
• Familiar with basic administrative tasks and record keeping.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, communicative, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work across 2 outlets: Taman Anggrek and Emporium Pluit.
• Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in daily restaurant operations.
