Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Ensure all restaurant operations align with our brand standards, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless communication and efficient service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies.
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment for everyone.
• Train and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for enhanced guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree or certification in hospitality management, hotel administration, or culinary arts is preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within a hotel or restaurant.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods (entire shifts) and lift or carry items up to 30–50 pounds. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
