Supervisor – Knead Neapolitan Pizza, Wokingham

Knead Neapolitan Pizza is looking for a passionate, positive and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Wokingham.

We’re an independent, family-run business that cares about great food, great service and, most importantly, our people. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in what they do and wants to be part of a growing independent business.

As a Supervisor, you’ll be an important part of the team, helping to run the restaurant during shifts, supporting your colleagues and making sure every guest has a great experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or senior team member role
• A positive, reliable and can-do attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with and supporting a team
• The ability to stay calm, organised and hands-on in a busy environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Someone who takes pride in standards, cleanliness and presentation
• A friendly, approachable person who leads by example
• A willingness to learn and develop
• A passion for proper Neapolitan pizza is definitely a bonus!

The role:

• Help run the restaurant during shifts and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Lead the team by example and create a positive, fun and focused working environment
• Support and motivate team members throughout the shift
• Make sure food and drinks are served promptly and to Knead standards
• Look after our guests and make sure they have a great experience
• Deal with guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Be confident with the menu and knowledgeable about the Knead brand
• Complete opening and closing procedures to the required standard
• Ensure tills and end-of-shift procedures are completed correctly
• Support the management team with day-to-day operations, training and team development

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
