Job Summary

Fletcher's Restaurant is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities, support staff, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Support, guide, and coordinate restaurant staff during assigned shifts
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Assign staff duties and manage daily priorities
• Monitor food quality and restaurant service standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and restaurant management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and restocking needs
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant safety and sanitation standards
