Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of our client's soon to open Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of food and customer service, supervise staff, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• At least2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant or similar Asian/F&B concept is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and attentive to details.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
