Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, supervising team members, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant crew to ensure high performance.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure smooth shift transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• At least 1 years of supervisory experience in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
