Job Summary

Bostonia Public House is seeking a dependable and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant environment. This position will help lead service staff, maintain guest-service standards, coordinate restaurant operations, and ensure a smooth experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, coach, and support servers, hosts, and other service staff.
• Monitor guest service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain efficient service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor dining room organization, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Assist with reservations, seating, and guest flow.
• Operate POS and restaurant systems as needed.
• Help maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support private events and high-volume service periods.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS and reservation systems preferred.
