What they need
Reliable hard working person to work in a busy American Diner,
Duties include, every day running of a busy restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards experience would be off an advantage. Full training given duties include waiting on tables. Making beverages and desserts, Griddle cooking, use of Risk Prof diary
(fride temps ect )
, Opening up and closing down of restaurant. Cash handling banking
Must be able to work under pressure
Lead from the front,
Staff handling., includeing staff training
MUST HAVE TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
