Contractual Hours:20-hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant,ensure high service standards,and help create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally.
• Monitor service standards,cleanliness,and presentation across the restaurant.
• Assist with staff training,coaching,and development.
• Allocate duties and ensure the team works efficiently.
• Support management with the smooth operation of the business.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant,pub,hospitality,or customer-facing role.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised,reliable,and able to work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others.
• Confident in handling customer queries and challenging situations.
