Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant experience
- Strong customer service and team management skills
- Experience in staff scheduling, training, and daily operations
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
