Restaurant Supervisor

Our Place Restaurant is seeking a dependable and organized Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and help lead the service team. This role involves coordinating staff activities, maintaining food and service standards, assisting guests, and helping ensure smooth operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills and is comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Guide and support servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, order accuracy, and service quality.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching restaurant employees.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and routine service concerns professionally.
• Help maintain efficient guest flow and timely food service.
• Monitor food, beverage, and service supply levels.
• Assist with inventory organization, receiving, and restocking.
• Support POS operations and established cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
• Communicate staffing and operational needs to restaurant management.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant procedures is helpful.
• Ability to support and motivate team members.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
