What they need
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at our casual dining restaurant, ensuring excellent service, smooth shifts, and a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff and manage daily shift operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance follow-up
- Handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in casual dining (F&B) in Kuwait
- Candidates currently inside Kuwait only
- Transferable residency (Article 18)
- Able to join immediately
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
Work Location: In person
