RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

About the role

Morii's Cafe is looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, guide, and monitor front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Ensure employees follow company policies, service standards, and work procedures
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service efficiency
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve daily sales targets
• Prepare shift reports and endorse important concerns to management

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Experience in restaurant, café, or food service operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of customer service, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and professional
