Restaurant Supervisor

Orchestrate the Service: Lead the restaurant team through every service with poise and precision, so each section runs seamlessly and every table, sideboard and piece of equipment is impeccably presented.

Curate the Guest Journey: Greet guests by name, anticipate their needs and acknowledge VIP arrivals. Share allergies, dietary needs and special requests with the right teams.

Inspire Through Expertise: Use your knowledge of menu and wine list to recommend with confidence and upsell naturally. Coach and train servers regularly so service stays consistent and refined.

Champion Commercial Excellence: Support the restaurant's budget by checking ordering accuracy, pouring standards, bill handling and stock levels. Keep breakage and waste to a minimum and complete accurate weekly breakage reports.

Lead with Integrity: Set the standard for grooming, punctuality and teamwork. Work closely with other departments, and uphold the hotel's safety, hygiene and sustainability standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• At least 3 years of food and beverage experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and wine, a sharp eye for detail and caring for guests
• Approachable, calm under pressure and enjoys developing others
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage
