Restaurant Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Restaurant Manager (RM).
• Checks and monitors the opening and closing procedures of the dining area.
• Checks and monitors daily reservations, restaurant operations, and events. Assists in planning and executing events and special functions.
• Oversees the dining team and ensures that quality service is consistently provided to all guests.
• Ensures guest satisfaction at all times.
• Communicates with guests, solicits feedback, and checks on their dining experience. Immediately reports all concerns, complaints, and issues to superiors for prompt action.
• Assists in staff scheduling and ensures adequate staffing levels, subject to the approval of the RM.
• Delegates side duties to the dining staff, subject to the approval of the RM.
• Monitors inventory levels for the dining area.
• Prepares and submits dining and kitchen timekeeping records for every payroll cutoff.
• Oversees events in coordination with the team, under the supervision of the RM.
• Assists the RM in monitoring and ensuring the proper preventive maintenance of dining and kitchen equipment.
• Checks and witnesses the opening and closing procedures of the cashier.
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Performs any additional tasks that may be assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM), Operations Manager (OM), General Manager (GM), or any of the owners.
• Responds promptly to discussions and messages in management and other company-designated chat groups.
• Implements and upholds company policies, rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
