RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.

• Ensure consistent food and beverage service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and compliance with service standards.

• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimize wastage.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably with supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of restaurant service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.

• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
