The White House is looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team in Inverness.

We’re a stylish restaurant and cocktail bar known for our seasonal food, creative cocktails and welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering great hospitality, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the venue, supporting the management team and leading the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during service
• Ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive and professional service
• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of shifts
• Supporting team training, development and onboarding
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Ensuring team members follow company procedures and service standards
• Supporting opening and closing duties, including cashing up where required
• Maintaining knowledge of our food menu, cocktails and drinks offering
• Supporting the management team with daily operations and team motivation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior team member role
• Has a passion for great food, drinks and customer service
• Is confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Can remain calm and professional under pressure
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Is reliable, proactive and willing to lead by example
• Is keen to develop their skills and progress within hospitality

Cocktail or bar experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
