- Check hygiene, presentation and outlet readiness
- Track shift performance and support staff coaching

Required Profile
- Restaurant service experience with team-lead exposure
- Strong knowledge of service etiquette and outlet operations
- Ability to motivate teams and manage busy services
- Sound communication and guest problem-solving skills
