Restaurant Supervisor

Location: SM Megamall

-With 100 meal allowance per day

-With 5k allowance per month

-Complete government benefits

-SIL and 13th month pay

Qualifications:

• Preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations and customer service.
• Can handle staff and customer concerns professionally.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant standards.
• Check inventory and assist with stock monitoring.
• Monitor staff attendance and work schedules.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist the Restaurant/Store Manager with daily operations and reports.

Pay: Php801.00 per day
