Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our café, maintain inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and train and supervise front-of-house staff, including waiters and waitresses.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience in café or restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and store supplies.
• Monitor stock usage, maintain inventory records, and report shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with ordering stock when required.
• Train waiters and waitresses on service standards, menu knowledge, order taking, and customer handling.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Monitor wastage and help control operational costs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or Café Supervisor.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
• Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate waiters and waitresses.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy café environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with previous café or restaurant experience in the UAE.
• Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period are preferred.
