Restaurant Supervisor

Key Requirements

• 1+ years senior experience in high-volume restaurant management or supervision.
• Proven leadership abilities to train, manage, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Expert operational knowledge, covering POS systems, scheduling, and labor/cost control.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to make rapid decisions and handle high-pressure situations.

Role Overview

Act as the Restaurant Manager's right-hand to drive operational excellence. You will balance hands-on floor leadership with administrative duties to ensure flawless service, staff development, and top-tier guest satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct floor operations, controlling service flow and table management during peak hours.
• Train and mentor staff, taking charge of junior supervisor and waitstaff development.
• Manage shift finances, executing cash reconciliation and detailed end-of-shift reporting.
• Elevate guest experiences, building relationships with regulars and expertly resolving complaints.
• Enforce strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee seamless communication and impeccable service execution.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
