Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Bangkok. A proactive leader who can take responsibility for daily operations, inspire the service team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Ensure all staff follow company standards, SOPs, hygiene regulations, and service procedures
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance
• Assign daily duties, manage staff sections, and ensure adequate floor coverage
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge, food and beverage pairing, and customer service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Ensure accurate order taking, billing, payment processing, and proper POS system usage
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor table turnover, reservations, and guest satisfaction

About you

• Must be fluent in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and staff in both languages
• Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a senior service position
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and POS systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed, responsible, punctual, and highly organised
• A team player with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to service excellence
