Restaurant Supervisor

A burger Joint is looking for an experienced, hands-on supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. You will oversee daily service, guide and support servers, and make sure every guest has an excellent dining experience. This role suits someone who leads by example and stays calm in a busy environment.

Pay and Package

The monthly salary is an all-inclusive package covering basic salary, accommodation, transportation, and allowances. No deductions or payments are required from the employee for these items.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team during each shift
• Assign sections and tasks to servers and ensure smooth service
• Train new team members and coach the team on service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance
• Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and end-of-shift reports
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Check stock of front-of-house supplies and report shortages
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service on time
• Step in to serve or assist guests during busy periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or café, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role (adjust to your needs)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Qatar ID and work eligibility, or the ability to be sponsored (state which applies)
• Food handling card (or willingness to obtain one)
