Restaurant Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

• Shift Management: Oversee opening and closing duties, coordinate floor service, and assign tasks to waitstaff and kitchen teams during peak hours.
• Staff Leadership: Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees, while monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor satisfaction, and handle complaints or special requests calmly and professionally.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules (such as HACCP or local health codes) are strictly followed by all staff.
• Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, manage supplies, place orders for food and cleaning products, and monitor waste.
• Administrative Tasks: Record daily sales, maintain time sheets, and relay reports to the Restaurant Manager or General Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required; a degree or certificate in hospitality, tourism, or restaurant management is a plus.
• Experience: Previous supervisory or lead-server experience in a fast-paced food service or hotel environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, multi-tasking, clear communication, problem-solving, and basic computer/POS literacy.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, work weekends and holidays, and handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per month
