Restaurant Supervisor - Ipoh Parade

Requirements:

·        Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

·        At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Retail industry.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

·        Responsible, proactive and customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business activities.

·        Lead, guide and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.

·        Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.

·        Monitor food quality, service standards and overall customer satisfaction.

·        Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

·        Assist in manpower planning and daily work allocation.

·        Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.

·        Conduct training and coaching for new and existing employees.

·        Assist in stock management, inventory control and receiving deliveries.

·        Ensure outlet cleanliness, equipment maintenance and workplace safety.

·        Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.

·        Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager / Area Coach/ Head of Operations.
