Restaurant Support Worker

Job Summary

Atlanta Breakfast Club is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Restaurant Support Worker to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role supports front-of-house and back-of-house teams by maintaining clean service areas, assisting guests, restocking supplies, and helping ensure smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant team members with daily service and operational tasks.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly assistance when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables during service.
• Assist servers and other team members with guest requests.
• Restock dining, kitchen, and service supplies as needed.
• Help deliver food and beverages to guests when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and work areas.
• Communicate guest needs and service concerns to supervisors or team members.
• Follow restaurant sanitation, food safety, and workplace procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and general restaurant preparation duties.
• Assist with organizing supplies, equipment, and service areas.
• Work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Good attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing active duties during a shift.
