Restaurant Team Leader

About the role

The Restaurant Team Leader will be trained to be responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on their shifts. This role is responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and verify Food Safety Daily Checklist (FSDC) and monitor food safety procedures during the shift
• Communicate with previous and subsequent Shift Manager and identify sales trends and opportunities
• Communicate shift targets and goals to all team members and monitor progress toward targets throughout the shift
• Maintain stock levels and receive products by checking order accuracy, quality, and condition
• Track and count raw and completed waste on each shift
• Identify and respond to equipment and physical plant failure or unplanned activities
• Verify completion of or follow-up on cleaning and planned maintenance tasks
• Ensure proper maintenance of all areas in the restaurant including Kitchen and Play Place
• Monitor and train Crews to correct production procedures and monitor finished product quality
• Compute and post 24/2 build-to's for all items and production charts
