Job Summary

Novecento is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Restaurant Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive service, work effectively with team members, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks when needed.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized dining, counter, and service areas.
• Restock food, beverages, utensils, and other restaurant supplies.
• Answer customer questions and respond to requests professionally.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Support servers and other team members during busy service periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Help ensure every guest receives a positive and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
